Chapter 16a – Medical Serpents

  <Main Menu>

Let’s start with what happens today if someone gets a Heart Attack? The First and Most important thing to do is dial 911.  And then pray that the ambulance comes in time!

100, 500, 1,000 years ago, this same person would go down on his knees and pray to GOD. Right?

So, 911 has replaced GOD, somewhat. I know the religious people will want to tell me I am wrong, but this is exactly what they will also do.

And then while in the ambulance, on the way to the Hospital, this person would be praying to get to the ER in-time. Because an ER Doctor wearing a special snake logo, sometimes seen on the smock will save their life.

Cool huh?

The Winged Snake and Staff Logo Is From Hermes

Let’s look at the single serpent Logo

https://www.who.int/about/policies/publishing/logo

“WHO's emblem was chosen by the First World Health Assembly in 1948. The emblem consists of the United Nations symbol surmounted by a staff with a snake coiling round it.

The staff with the snake has long been a symbol of medicine and the medical profession. It originates from the story of Asclepius, who was revered by the ancient Greeks as a god of healing and whose cult involved the use of snakes. Asclepius, incidentally, was so successful at saving lives that, the legend goes, Hades the god of the underworld complained about him to the supreme god Zeus who, fearing that the healer might make humans immortal, killed Asclepius with a thunderbolt.”  (Bad – bad – very bad Zeus! LOL)

The rod of Asclepius has served as a medical emblem for the past 2,400 years. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4190767/

Let’s check out the double serpent Logo

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4190767/

One of the most important rites of passage a young doctor goes through is the Hippocratic Oath. The staff of Asclepius has represented healing and renewal for millennia and the original Hippocratic Oath is addressed to Asclepius.

!! But !!

Six of the premier medical colleges of our country had two serpents or a close similarity to the Caduceus in their logos. The association of the snake with healing and medicine is perplexing but a historical fact; many mythical reasons have been attributed. Greek toxicologists studied the meaning and roots of the snake’s usage as a medical symbol and explained that the snake’s ability to shed its skin has been associated with the circle of life and the snake’s possession of anti- venom against its own poison makes it a metaphorical symbol for medicine.

The Caduceus is the staff carried by Hermes in Greek mythology and consequently by Hermes Trismegistus in Greco-Egyptian mythology. The same staff was borne by other heralds like Iris, the messenger of Hera. The short staff is entwined by two serpents, sometimes surmounted by wings. In Roman iconography, it was depicted being carried in the left hand of Mercury, the messenger of the gods. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Caduceus

The Serpent in Sumer

Ningishzida’s symbol in Sumer is the double helix serpent.  While the Bible chastises the serpent, pretty much every other religion/culture seems to exalt the serpent for some reason.

Now, Ningishzida is the grandson of Enlil/Zeus.  Thus! Ningishzida is exactly the same as Hermes where Zeus is the grandfather!!!

Did you just get that? The double serpent staff that the Greek GOD Hermes is holding is directly related to Ningishzida! (See the double serpent images above for Ningishzida.)

  • Sumerian = Ningishzida (Dragon-God & Serpent-God)
  • Mesoamerican = Quetzalcóatl (Aztec) Kukulkan (Mayan), Viracocha (Inca-Peru) and Wiracocha (Inca-Bolivia)
  • Hindu = Virochana
  • Greek = Hermes
  • Roman = Mercury
  • Egypt = Thoth
  • Chinese = Fuxi and Nüwa

Did you just see how the Greek Hermes with the medical double serpent logo is now connected to the whole world! Man, when you have the correct information, the whole world becomes a very small place.

The native Americans describe Ningishzida as being a tall – white - bearded - wearing a long white robe! See Chapters 12a, 12b, 12c!!!

(Don’t forget that when the Peruvians saw the Spanish Conquistadors arrive in Peru in the 1500s, the natives remembered the legend of the tall-white-GOD and the natives immediately fell to their knees and worshipped the Spanish. Easy take-over for the Spanish.)

Also, the Mormon church identifies Ningishzida as being similar with Jesus Christ probably because it was Ningishzida who told the Mesoamericans that he will return someday.

See below for the representative serpent image of the “White-Bearded-Dragon”, ”Hermes = Ninghzidda = Quetzalcoatl = Kukuklan = Xiuhtechtli = Viracocha” in Mesoamerica.

The pictures above are the double serpent images from;

  • Thailand
  • India
  • Sumer
  • Babylon
  • Syria
  • Egypt
  • Central America
  • South America
  • .. and more ..

So, what we see here is that the same GODs and the same symbols can be found all over the world. With the origins coming from Sumer – The Land of Eden (or really called E.DIN!)

Discussion

So, what we learn here is that while the Bible chastises the Serpent, all over the world, the world-wide cultures actually herald the Serpent.

The Serpent was associated with healing in the Greek mythology; thus, today’s medical community uses the Serpent as their professional symbol.

Even hardcore Christians today, in times of severe medical emergency will actually dial 911 on their phones first for medical help before they decide to pray to GOD. 911 is the first priority to save their life.  And the person who is going to save their life will have the symbol of the Serpent on their profession.

The medical symbol of the Serpent is associated to the Greek GOD Hermes who is the same as the Sumerian GOD Ninghizida (thousands of years before) and have the same Grandfather Enlil/Zeus. (It’s fun when everything falls into place neatly.)

Oh! And by the way – “All The GODs Are The Same
